    Hi command,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

The notification about multiple people using your company's Jotform account may be related to how Jotform accounts work. In standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, Gold), only one login credential is allowed per Jotform account. If you see multiple users, it might be due to account sharing or collaboration features.

To ensure this does not affect your account, consider these options:

    • If you want multiple users to access the account with full control and visibility, upgrading to Jotform Enterprise is recommended. Enterprise accounts support multiple team members securely.
    • Alternatively, you can use the Form Collaboration feature, which allows multiple team members to work simultaneously on the same form without sharing login credentials.
    • If you need to share submission data with your team, you can share your submission tables using Jotform Tables for collaboration.

These options help maintain account security and prevent any unwanted effects on your account.

Give it a try and let me know if you need any other help.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hi command_construction,

The notification you're seeing refers to the number of devices currently logged into your account, not necessarily different people. This could include phones, tablets, or browsers you've used previously. If you're unsure about any of the sessions or want to secure your account, we recommend resetting your password. This will log out all devices and give you full control moving forward. Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.

    3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

    Hi command_construction,

You're free to access your account from different devices whether you’re in the office or out in the field. The only thing to keep in mind is that standard accounts don’t support being logged in on multiple devices at the same time. If that happens, you’ll just be signed out of one session, but it won’t cause your account to be blocked or banned.

Let us know if anything else comes up.

    Hi command_construction,

The form limit for Bronze Plans means you can have a maximum of 25 active forms in your account at any given time. This limit is set by your Bronze plan and isn't a monthly or yearly restriction. If you exceed the 25-form limit, you must delete forms or archive them to make space for new ones. Note that this limit pertains to the active forms and does not include the deleted ones.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
