Unable to access Jotform on IPad

    Hello,


    As of yesterday we have not been able to access Jotform using a IPad which it the main way we use these forms. I will attach a video of the message that comes up.

    I understand that a Jotform feature is not working. Can you explain the issue a little bit more so that I can assist you better?

    The Jotform app closes as soon as you open it on an IPad

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your forms and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Unable to access Jotform on IPad  Image 1 Screenshot 20 Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling your Jotform Mobile App to see if that resolves the issue? You can also restart your device and test your form again. If the issue continues, try opening your form on a different device or browser to confirm if the issue is device-related.
