I would like to have conditional formatting on this question
To say if no then this will skip questions 9-11 but ONLY 11 if this question
Is a no. If they put yes on #5 then I need #11 to show up....
Help?

Hi BGSMERP,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can absolutely set multiple conditions for this flow using the Show/Hide Field condition. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, select your 4th question and click on the Conditional Logic icon.
- Now, in the Conditions, hover over the condition and click on the Pencil icon.
- Update the condition like you see below and click on Save.
Now, for the 2nd condition:
- Next, select your 5th question and click on the Conditional Logic icon.
- In the Conditions, hover over the condition and click on the Pencil icon.
- Update the condition like you see below and click on Save.
Now, for the 3rd condition:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on Conditions in the menu on the left side of the page.
- Next, click on the Add Condition button and select the Show/Hide field in the list.
- Set the condition like you see below and click on Save.
That's it. Test your form, and you'll see that the questions now appear based on your condition. Check out the screencast below for the result:

I think I did it exactly how you showed me but when I click no for #4 and yes for #5 it skips #11 and I want it to show up can you see what I did wrong?

Hi BGSMERP,
If question 11 is still being skipped when you select, No for question 4 and, Yes for question 5, it usually means the conditions for showing and hiding question 11 are conflicting or not set up in the correct order. You should set question 11 to be hidden by default and then create a separate condition to show it based on your specific requirements.
Additionally, it's important to have a separate condition for each question with different answers but leading to the same outcome, rather than having one condition that covers two different questions and answers with the same result. This approach ensures that each condition works independently and avoids conflicts that might cause question 11 to be skipped unexpectedly. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, go to your Questions 9-11, and then click on its Gear icon.
2. In Properties panel, go to Advanced tab.
3. Toggle on the Hide field feature to On.
4. Next, go to Settings from the top navigation.
5. Click on Conditions from the left, and then click on Add Condition.
6. Select Show/Hide Field from the options.
7. Then set up your Condition exactly like the Image below, and then click on Save:
See the screencast below for my results:
