Our app which is created in Jotform is saved as a widget on phones by our staff. I am wondering is there a way to refresh the app for them if we make an update to a form that they access through the app?

I have staff who have our jotform app on their phone but they are not receiving the updated form in the app. How do I get this fixed for them.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Could you provide us with the link to your Jotform app so we can check what’s happening on our end? Additionally, note that for updates to the form to reflect in the app, the user's device must be connected to the internet. As a troubleshooting step, your staff can try removing the app widget from their home screen, then reopen the app via the URL and re-add it to ensure the latest version is displayed.
