When I use the combine.jotform.io feature I am getting a 404 not found error when clicking on the link provided.
This has worked until recently.

Hi Peter,
I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
It seems you are encountering a 404 Not Found error when trying to download a CSV file using the combine.jotform.io feature, which previously worked fine. The error message indicates that the requested URL was not found on the server.
Instead of using combine.jotform.io, you can download your form submission data directly from Jotform Tables as a CSV, Excel, or PDF file. Let me show you how:
- Go to your My Tables page.
- Hover over the form whose data you want to download and click on View Table.
- On the upper-right side of the page, click on the Download All button.
- Select Download as CSV to download your data.
For more details, you can also check out our How to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF guide.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Peter,
To combine submissions from multiple forms into one file, you can use the Combine Submissions app. This app allows you to merge data from different forms into a single file after the submissions are collected.
Additionally, you can combine multiple submission tables into one form by following this guide: How to Get Data from Other Forms in Jotform Tables. Please note that when combined, the submissions will appear on separate tabs within the file.
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

Hi Peter,
Thank you for clarifying that the issue is with the Combine Submissions app itself. Since you're encountering a 404 Not Found error when trying to download the combined CSV file, this indicates a problem with the app's file generation or link handling.
To assist you better, could you please confirm if this issue happens with all forms you try to combine or only specific ones? Also, if possible, please share any recent changes made to your forms or account that might be related.
In the meantime, you might want to try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser to see if the issue persists.
Once we hear back from you, we'll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Hi Peter,
Thank you for the update. Since the issue affects all forms and started after your subscription renewal, it is possible that the 404 error is related to the subscription status or a temporary glitch following the renewal.
I recommend logging out and logging back into your account to refresh your subscription status. Also, please try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser to see if the issue persists.
If the problem continues, it might require further investigation on our end to ensure your subscription is fully active and the Combine Submissions app is functioning correctly.
Please let me know how it goes after trying these steps.

Hi Peter,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Often, clearing your browser cache before making a new submission is helpful. If you’re on Chrome, you can follow the steps in this guide, or if you’re on Safari, use this guide. You might consider using a different browser. Clearing your form cache could help resolve temporary glitches affecting features like file generation. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
