I am not receiving the cleaners report in the email address that it should be sent

Hi Sam,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It’s easy to set up Reminder Emails for your approvals. Let me show you how:
- In Approvals, hover your cursor on the Approvals element and click on the Gear icon.
- In the menu that comes up on the right side of the screen, click on the Advanced tab.
- Then, toggle Send Reminder Emails to the On position.
- Now, just set the time intervals the way you want them and you’re done.

Hi Sam,
This is the form 252471738834869 in question, right? I checked our logs and it shows on our record that notification emails were successfully sent to s*d***ves*****s@*m**l.com. I would suggest you check your email's spam/junk folder and see if the emails landed there. You can also check the sent emails from your account's email history.
- Go to the History tab on your Account Settings page.
- Click on All Actions in the top-right corner of the History page, and in the dropdown menu that opens, scroll down to the bottom and select Emails.
- Click on the External Link icon on the right side of the Form ID to open the email of the related submission.
Now, if the issue happened on a certain submission only, you can share with us the submission ID of that, so we can check also from our end. Let me walk you through how to get the submission ID:
1. In your Form's Jotform Table, click on the Columns dropdown arrow.
2. Next, search for Submission ID and enable it.
