Dynamic Dropdown Widget: Not working to any of our forms

    Hi,

    None of the dynamic dropdown widget on any of our forms is working properly and we have not changed anything on our end. Support team responded to my ticket stating issue resolved when it is not at all resolved. Thank you.

    Here’s how to check and set it up correctly:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder.
    2. Click on Add Element on the left side, then under the Widgets tab, find and add the Dynamic Dropdowns widget if it’s not already added.
    3. In the Widget Settings on the right, review the Values field where the dropdown options are listed. Make sure the nested options are formatted correctly, with spaces indicating parent-child relationships. For example:
      Vertebrates
      Warm-blooded
      Dog
      Cat
      Cold-blooded
      Goldfish
    4. Check the Separator setting to ensure it matches the character used to separate values in your list (comma, semicolon, or forward slash).
    5. Click Update to save any changes.

    If the widget was working before and suddenly stopped without changes on your end, it might be worth re-adding the widget or reviewing the formatting of the values to ensure no accidental changes occurred.
