I am trying to add an additional condition to where if multiple participants join, if 2 or more of those participants are considered "paying customers", the final total will be $150.

The conditions I currently have set up are:

    1. Single participant - pays individual rate of $100
    2. Multiple participants, all children - free
    3. Multiple participants, 1 paid and children free - $100

The last condition would be - Multiple participants, two or more paid (with or without children) - $150

No matter what combination of conditions I try to use, they either override the previous ones or they do not apply the family rate to the final total.

    Hi Sara,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. This is possible by assigning calculation values, Update/Caclulate Field conditions, and using the Form Calculation widget. Doing this is easy, let's walk through this together using a cloned form:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Gear icon on the right side of the Single Choice element.
    2. Go to the Options tab, and assign number one for the School Age, Young Adults, and Adults options under the Calculation Values.
    3. Repeat the same steps on the same form elements.

    4. Add another Form Calculation widget. This will get the Calculation Values total.
    5. Now, click on the Wand icon on the right side of the Form Calculation widget. Next is to click on the Add Field button and select all the Please select which program participant is registering for. fields and add their total.
    6. On the orange navigation bar, go to the Settings tab.
    7. Select Conditions on the left menu, then click on the Add Condition button.

Give it a try and let us know if you’ve got other questions

Thank you so so much! That worked like a charm! I don't know why I was making things so complicated when this was the perfect solution!

    Thanks again!
