Last Thursday your AI bot said it would submit a support ticket on my behalf, but i do not see it. Here is the issue my archives have disappeared from the inbox. I have not checked every form but several that i checked they are gone. I rely on being able to go back and find this info. I only see inbox now I can't even see deleted items.

There isn't anyway to click on archive or trash items. that is not part of my inbox. That is the issue.

There was a box with lines on the right, i clicked on that and saw my archive and trash, for some reason they were not selected. i have restored them.
