    Hi Cindy,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

It looks like the Billing option is not appearing under your account settings. To update your payment method, you need to access the Billing page directly via this link: Billing page. Once there, select Manage Payment Methods.

Here’s how to update your payment method:

    1. Go to the Billing page using the link above.
    2. Select Manage Payment Methods.
    3. Add a new payment method by entering your card or payment details.
    4. Set the new payment method as primary and save your changes.

If your payments are processed through FastSpring, you will be redirected to FastSpring's subscription management page where you can update your payment method using credit/debit cards, Google Pay, or Amazon Pay.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Cindy,

I checked your account, and I don’t see an active subscription linked to it. That’s why the billing section isn’t appearing in your settings. If you’d like to update your payment method, you must make sure that you’re logged into the correct account—the one where your subscription is active. Once you’re in the right account, you should see the Billing tab under your settings, and from there you can update your payment information.

We can help trace the account, can you share your other email address that could have been used to create an account with Jotform? Or, can you send us the details below to help us locate the account where this charge was incurred:

    1. The last payment amount:
    2. The last transaction date:
    3. The last four digits of your card:
    4. The expiration date of your card:
    5. The type of card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.):

If your PayPal account is charged, can you share your PayPal email address?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
