Hello,
As my storage space was nearing its limit, I deleted the incoming application requests, which reduced the current usage to 4 GB. What additional steps can I take to free up more space? My inbox and trash folder are completely empty; could there still be items occupying storage, or might this be a system-related issue?
Best regards.

Hi Cezmi,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Since you have already deleted incoming application requests and emptied your inbox and trash folder, here are some important points to consider:
- Deleted submissions in the Trash folder still occupy storage space until they are permanently deleted. Entries in the Trash are automatically purged after 30 days, but until then, they count toward your storage usage.
- If your Trash folder is empty, then there should be no deleted submissions occupying space.
- Other data such as uploaded files attached to your submissions may also take up storage space.
- Sometimes, system-related delays or caching might cause storage usage to not update immediately after deletions.
To free up more space, ensure that all deleted submissions are permanently removed from Trash if any exist. Also, check if there are any large uploaded files in your forms that can be deleted or archived externally.
I checked your account, and it is already within the limits. I have cleared form caches to refresh the form.
Reach out to us again if you have more questions.
