Update form's title and logo

I need to update my Employment Application form to include the new name and logo. How do I go about doing that? I have already updated the name and uploaded the new logo.

The name should change from General Insurance to Highstreet Insurance & Financial Services.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can see the form's title was aleady changed to Highstreet Insurance & Financial Services Employment Application. Now, changing the logo is easy. Let's walk through this using a cloned form:

1. In Form Builder, hover your mouse pointer on the top of the first form's page.
2. Then, click on the Edit Welcome Page.
3. Now, click on the logo, and the Welcome Image Properties will show on the right side.
   
4. You can now remove the existing logo by clicking on the Remove Image button.
5. Finally, click on the Upload File button and choose the new form logo.
