"Authentication Error, Invalid_response" error message

    Hi,

    I reached out to our IT department about the authentication error. They have confirmed that there is no issue from AD side, the authentication was successful. Please see attached screen shot when I logged in into JotForm.

    Hi Marissa,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked, and you have both a Starter account and an Enterprise account. Can you clarify which account you're trying to log in to? If you're trying to log in to your Enterprise account, you can log in here. Otherwise, you can log in here.

    I'm trying to log in into the Enterprise account, but I get the same authentication error. Authentication Error, Invalid response error message  Image 1 Screenshot 20


    When I tried the Starter account, I could get into the account, but it does not have the forms we used to have and looks like I am not an admin.
