Form disabled notification from AI without verification email

    I have been told by AI that my form has been disabled but I have not recevied an email to verify anything. Please advise - this is a time sensitive matter for registration for an event. Thank you

    Can you go to my form and look at my codes. The SPKRCHI, I have been told, is showing invalid. I need this code to work - this is an extremely time sensitive issue as we are having people register for an upcoming event that need to use this code to receive a discount.

    Yes - when I test it, it also works for me. But I have had 3 different people tell me they tried it and it did not work. Do you have any reason why that could be happening. Is there any settings or anything that I can check.
