Yesterday, I was nearly completed setting up my account (in the course of setting up PayPal access), when my browser froze. When I attempted to re-login to my account, I was blocked, and I attempted to reset my password but despite numerous attempts I never received a password-reset email. After an extended discussion with your AI, I was allowed to use my alternative address at Gmail. My main address (associated with my JotForm account) is javanabbema@nytts.org and the alternative account is jvanabbema@gmail.com. Since I've received no reset messages on either account, the problem appears to not be on my end.
I am understandably concerned because I've revealed protected information related to my PayPal account.

According to our logs, the reset password email was successfully sent to javanabbema@nytts.org. Please check your spam or junk folder. Consider whitelisting Jotform's sender email or domain to avoid future issues. Also, ensure your email settings allow messages from Jotform.

Do you have a link that you were working on before your browser froze so that we can look it up and check, which Jotform account the form is associated to?

Thank you for your message. I was concerned after my browser froze, because it appeared that I was unable to recover my account and continue the configuration of my form. I have since gained access, and I am now nearly finished with the form's setup, including the successful linking to PayPal.
This address, javanabbema@nytts.org, should be the email address associated with my account. Please confirm that association if it is not.

I can confirm that javanabbema@nytts.org isn't connected to any Jotform accounts. You can use it to register again.
