    Buen día,

    Tengo inconveniente con el widget en todos mis formularios ya que todo sale en una sola lista y nos por niveles según el tipo

    Es en todos los formularios, este widget funcionaba bien desde que se adquirió la plataforma. Sin embargo hoy es lo que se visualiza el inconvenientWidget Desplegables Dinámicos no funciona Image 1 Screenshot 20e.

    Hi Raquel,

    Thanks for your patience. Our Spanish-speaking support agents are helping others right now, so I’ll assist you in English for now.

    The issue is happening because the Dynamic Dropdowns widget needs indentation in the Values section to show items in levels. Without that, everything appears in one flat list. Here’s how the structure should look:

    Main Option 1

      Sub Option 1.1

      Sub Option 1.2

    Main Option 2

     Sub Option 2.1

    You can use either the tab key or 2–4 spaces before each sub-option. One level of indentation = child option, two levels = sub-child, and so on. The important part is to keep it consistent.

    Hola, se encuentra configurado de esa forma.

    Es mas el widget lo tenemos usando por casi hace un año y no hemos tenido inconveniente. Podrían revisar por favor o sí han cambiado la forma de configuración

    Hi Raquel,

    Let me take a look at this for you. To do that, we’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In the top-right corner of your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.

    3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

    4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.

    5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.

    6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle the Jotform Support Access to the On position.

    This issue was reported earlier to our Developer Team and should be resolved by now. I have also reviewed your form and I didn't encounter any issues as shown in the screen recording.

    Could you check it out again on your end? As an additional measure, I have cleared your form cache.

    Hola, he ingresado de nuevo y seguimos con el mismo inconveniente. Que podría ser en todo caso?
    Ya que son los datos que están por default

    Hola, se ha borrado el caché según las indicaciones, adicional se probaron con los navegadores sin éxito.

    Could you share with us a screenshot of your browser console log? Here's how to do it:

    1. Click on your right mouse button.

    2. Select Inspect.

    3. Go to Console tab.

    i try with mozila firefox and edge, and in the other red too but i have the same problem. maybe could be for the region? or maybe the keyboard distribution? couse the configuration is the same of the default, in the video you can check i delete the widget and add again and I have the same problem
