Inquiry on forms created in the account

    I engaged a Website Builder to create the website and he designed a Registration Form. As far as I know he has used only 2 forms but it is now saying we have used 5. As it is a new site there was a lot of testing so there were a lot of submissions. We hold a Sport Carnival once a year and would normally only receive about 30 - 40 registrations a year. Can you please tell me what other forms have been created.

    Hi Marilyn,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the account associated with the email address you used to reach out and saw that you have 2 active forms, so you're within the limit. Your monthly submission and total submission are also within the account's limit, so you should be able to use your forms as normal. If you're receiving any errors, can you take a screenshot and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.

    Thank you for responding to me. I did check and there is now only 2 forms. I presume the person I have creating my website fixed the issue. I am waiting for him to come online so I can confirm and I will come back to you which will be later today as we are in different World Time Zones

    Thank your for reaching out. I checked yesterday and I saw that there is only 2 forms now. I can only presume that my website developer has fixed the issue. I am waiting to check with him which will be later today as we are only different World Time Zones.
