Sharing Drafts of a Form You're Completing

Hi - I'm aware of how to view drafts of your own forms that you're in the process of completing: https://www.jotform.com/help/753-how-to-view-incomplete-submissions-in-jotform-tables/#_.

What I'm trying to figure out is if you can share your draft completions with someone else. When you "save and continue later", that feature works great. But I tried sharing the link with someone else and it said to log in with the same account as the person who was filling out the form.

Is it possible to share a draft completed form across different accounts? Thanks for your help!

    Graham

    Hi Graham,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

Regarding your question about sharing draft completions of a form across different accounts, unfortunately, the "Save and Continue Later" feature requires the same account login to access the saved draft. This means you cannot share a draft completion link with someone else to continue filling it under a different account.

However, if you want others to use your form, you can share the form itself for them to fill out independently, or you can share the form as a template for others to clone and use in their own accounts.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
