Hi Trintrade,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Since your form was working yesterday but now won't submit, there could be a few reasons for this issue. Let me help you with that:
- Check your form settings to ensure there are no conditions or restrictions that might be preventing submission.
- Clear your browser cache or try submitting the form in a different browser or incognito mode to rule out browser-related issues.
- Review any recent changes made to the form that might affect submission, such as added widgets, conditional logic, or payment integrations.
If the problem persists, please provide more details about any error messages or behaviors you observe when trying to submit the form.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Trintrade,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and the issue is caused by the payment integration not being connected. When a payment field isn’t fully set up, the form gets stuck on “Please wait…” because it can’t process the submission. To fix this:
- Go to your form in Form Builder.
- Click on the Payment field.
- Open Payment Settings and connect your account (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, or whichever provider you’re using).
- Save and test again.
If you don’t need payments right now, you can also remove the payment field, and the form will submit normally.
For detailed setup instructions, check our guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/how-to-add-and-manage-reusable-payment-connections/
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
