May we know if the issue is happening to this specific form Dog Blessed Academy Membership? I tested a cloned form but can't replicate the issue. Check out this screenshot of my test:

Hello Paula Smith, Your form has stopped getting subscriptions because of the insufficient permissions for creating subscription payments. You must reconnect to Square to keep processing payments for new subscriptions without interruption. Your ongoing subscriptions will not be affected by this change. To reconnect your Square account to your form , you just need to click on “Disconnect” and “Connect” again and save your changes by clicking “Continue”. Hi Paula,
You may try creating a new connection to your Square integration using Reusable Payment Connections.Let me show you how:
In Form Builder, select your My Products and click on Payment Properties on the right side of the field.
Then in Payment Properties, click on the Plug icon to open Payment Connections.
In Payment Connections, scroll down to Add New Connection.
Then complete the steps by selecting Square, then add your Connection Name and click on Connect with Square. Lastly, click on Save.
Give it a try and let us know if this works for you.
