I don't know where to issue a change request. Everywhere I go, I'm being blocked as shown in the screenshot. I need to access the Jotform files ASAP, hoping your speedy resolution.

Hi Joshua,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To solve this issue, try to request for a new password. When you get an email with the password reset link, try to right-click on it, and choose Open link in incognito or private window. If you still get the same message from there, it would be helpful if you could share console logs with us.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

I opened an email from Jotform sent 47mins ago with a password reset link. It still leads me to the same error page in the screenshot, whether I open in regular browsing or incognito. I don't know where to request for a new password.

Just to clarify, are you trying to reset the password for the account that uses the email address joshua@useyield.co, or is it for a different account? This will help us make sure we’re checking the right one. Also, as my colleague previously mentioned, could you share your console logs when you try to open the reset link? This will give us more details about what’s happening in the background so we can investigate further.

Hi Joshua,
Can you try to reset your password again to see if the new password reset link will still show as expired? Let me show you how:
1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.
2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.
3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
