Hi fusa,
I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
It's really easy to download your PDF files. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon at the top-left side of the page and select PDF Editor.
2. In PDF Editor, click on the Download button at the top-right side of the page.
3. In the dropdown menu, click on Download PDF or Download All. That's it.
The Download PDF button will only download the PDF you are currently viewing in the PDF Editor. If you use the Download All button, it will email you a zip file containing all submissions in PDF format. Take a look at the screenshots below to see my examples:
Example of how it looks when you open the document downloaded via the Download PDF button:
Example of how it appears in the email when you click on the Download All button:

Hi fusa,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned and tested your form to replicate the issue, but everything works properly. Check out the screencast below:
Can you try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser to access your submission table and download the PDF document? If the issue persists, can you capture a video of what’s going on and share it? Loom works great, or you can upload it to Google Drive or Dropbox.
After we hear back from you, we’ll know what’s going on and how to help.

Thanks, it lets me do it one by one but not all applicants at once

Hi fusa,
To my understanding, you can't download the submission as a PDF all at once. Is that right? Can you capture a video of what’s going on and share it? Loom works great, or you can upload it to Google Drive or Dropbox. We can also take a look at this for you. To do that, we’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the top-right corner of your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.
3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.
5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.
6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle the Jotform Support Access to the On position.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
