Hello,
My forms won't load if I use Safari on a Mac, but I can get them to work in Microsoft Edge on Mac. I really need to be able to use Safari instead. I've tried clearing the cache and logging out and back in. Why won't this work?
Further, I've downloaded the Jotform app on my Mac and when I log in, it just spins for Loading.
Thanks!

Hi Cody,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding your issue with forms not loading in Safari on your Mac, while they work in Microsoft Edge, and the Jotform app just spinning on loading, here are a few things to consider:
- Clearing cache and logging out/in as you did are good first steps.
- Safari sometimes has stricter security or cookie settings that might block some form elements or scripts from loading properly.
- Try checking your Safari settings to ensure cookies and JavaScript are enabled and that no extensions are blocking content.
- Also, make sure your Safari browser is updated to the latest version.
- If the Jotform app keeps spinning on loading, restarting your Mac or reinstalling the app might help.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, our support team may need to investigate further.
Reach out again if you need any other help.

Hi Cody,
I went ahead and cleared your form cache, as this typically fix minor form issues. You can also try these troubleshooting steps to fix the issue:
- Review your browser's extensions to ensure none are blocking Jotform content.
- Verify that your Safari browser is updated to the latest version available for your Mac.
- Although you have done this, try clearing cache and cookies again to ensure no corrupted data is causing the issue.
- Restart your Mac and if the app still spins on loading, uninstall and reinstall the Jotform app.
- To rule out interference from other software or settings, try running Safari in Safe Mode or test with a different user account on your Mac.
Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If you’re still having the same issue, we’ll look into it more to see if we can figure out what’s going on.
