Hi,
How are you ?
I am wondering why I don't have access to all the submission that linked to my account ?
I had total of 432. I only see 3. In the past i put them in the archive but i don't see this option anymore.Thank you

Can you check if the missing the submissions were already deleted? If so, it's really easy to restore your deleted entries in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:
- On your Jotform Submissions Table, click on the Three Dots icon in the tab next to your form's name on the upper left side of the page.
- In the dropdown list, click on Trashed Entries.
- In the menu that comes up on the right side of the page, select the Deleted Submission then, click on the Restore button and that's it.
You can also check if the submission has been archived within your Jotform Tables. It can be easily unarchived and returned to your main Table. Let me show you how to do it:
- In the upper-left corner of your Jotform Submissions Table, click on the Three Dots icon on the right side of the tab.
- Then, select Archive Entries.
- In the window that opens up, tick the Checkbox next to the Submission that you want to unarchive, or tick the Checkbox for Select All to select all of them.
- Now, click on Restore to send the submissions back to your Jotform Tables.
Additionally, if the submission you're looking for isn't in the Trashed and Archived entries, can you share to us more details on this missing submission, such as the exact form so we can easily locate it? We can take a look at this for you, but we’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the top-right corner of your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.
3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.
5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.
6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle the Jotform Support Access to the On position.
