Unable to receive the Phone Number Verification Code.

    On the page "Update Account and General Information" I tried adding my phone number. After adding my phone number, but before pushing "NEXT", it stated: "Jotform will send you a 6-digit code to verify it." I waited for the code, but I never received it. So, I selected to "resend" the code. However, I received the following message below.

    Please advise.

    MarinLatinFoods@usa.com, however, Jotform was sending the code to my phone, not my email.

    1 - How many of "the maximum number of verification code requests for the day" am I allowed? If it's one, then I can understand.

    2 - It was only one time I requested to update my phone number. After I pressed "NEXT", the system was suppose to send me the verification code, but I NEVER received it. I then requested to "Resend" the code, at which time I receive the message: "You've reached the daily token request limit." This makes no sense.

    3 - How is the system responding? By text or email? I would say that if the are going to send a code they would send it to my phone and not my email. However, I never received it at either.

    This needs to be investigated for any glitches, and corrected as soon as possible. I'll wait 24 hours, as you have requested, but I have a gut feeling, it still won't work. I hope I'm wrong.
