I want to create a product dropdown menu so that the input selection drives the correct amount in Stripe automatically for a one-time purchase. I have tried asking your AI and others and am failing! Seems like this should be easy.
The product selector "Transformation Level" in the form below. I have the prices loaded in both the dropdown assignments and as a product in Stripe.
If I can have them match, great. But I could have the dropdown just set the price too.
Help please!

Hi Business,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
To link your product dropdown menu to automatically set the correct price in Stripe for a one-time purchase, you need to ensure the following:
- Your dropdown options in the form should correspond to the products or prices set in Stripe.
- You can either have the dropdown selection match the product in Stripe or have the dropdown directly set the price.
- Make sure your Stripe payment integration in Jotform is properly configured to accept the product or price data from the dropdown.
Unfortunately, the exact step-by-step process to link the dropdown to set the price automatically is not detailed here, but typically it involves setting the dropdown as a product field in Jotform and mapping it to Stripe's product or price ID.
If you need more detailed guidance or step-by-step instructions, please let me know, and I can provide further help.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Business_notifications,
I’m not sure I understand, can you explain further how you want the Stripe integration to work? I cloned your form and tested it on my end, and the price seems to work properly. When I select one of the product options from the dropdown, it shows the correct price you set. Check out the screencast below for my results:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
