Below is a pic of what I want to change. I would like to change the "Reply to: email address on any form I create.

You can change the "Reply to:" email address on any form you create by setting up the Change Email Recipient feature in Jotform. This allows you to specify which email address will be used as the "Reply to:" based on conditions you set.
Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top.
- Click on Conditions in the menu on the left side.
- Under New Condition, select Change Email Recipient.
- Set up the conditions to specify the desired "Reply to:" email address and click Save.
If you haven't created autoresponder emails yet, you will need to create them first under the Emails section in Settings by adding an Autoresponder Email.

Hi Paul,
To change the email address in your Autoresponder where the users can address where to send their replies, here's how:
1. In Form Builder, go to Settings from the top navigation.
2. Click on Emails from the left menu.
3. Hover your mouse over the Autoresponder, and then click on Edit.
4. In your Autoresponder Settings, go to the Recipient tab.
5. On the Reply-to Email section, enter the desired Email Address you wish to use, and then click on Save.

Crazy question... Must I do this for each individual form I create or is this universal.

Hi Paul,
The Reply-to email setting is configured individually for each form. This means you'll need to update it separately within the Autoresponder settings of each form you create. At the moment, Jotform doesn’t offer a universal default for the Reply-to section across all forms.
