For some reason, people I invite to my table are unable to change their profile photo. Find a screenshot attached of the reduced version of the profile menu they see.

Hi Yeray,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding the issue where collaborators on your table are unable to change their profile photo, this is likely related to the permissions set for the invited users. In Jotform Tables, the ability to interact with the table, including profile settings, depends on the role assigned to each collaborator.
Let me help you with that:
- Check the Invitation Link Default Role: This controls how invited users can interact with your shared table. The roles include Read Only, Commenter, and Collaborator. Only users with the Collaborator role can edit data and possibly update profile settings.
- Adjust Individual User Roles: You can change the role of each user by clicking on the Shared With section under the Invite by Email area in your table's Share settings. Then click on the user's current permission and select a new role.
- Verify Permissions: Ensure that the users who need to change their profile photos have the appropriate permissions, ideally the Collaborator role.
If the roles are set correctly and the issue persists, it might be related to specific limitations or settings in your account or table. In that case, further investigation would be needed.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Yeray,
This is because they are viewing the account settings in Collaborator mode or Form User mode, as indicated by the Account Type on the screenshot that you shared. They would need to create a Jotform account or log in directly to their account to be able to change other settings such as profile picture, email, or password.
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
