Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I understand you're having trouble with email notifications being sent to the wrong address. To assist you better, could you please confirm the exact email address you're expecting the notifications to be sent to? Once I have that, I'll look into this further for you.

Hi Get,
Thanks for providing the email addresses. Based on what you've shared, here are some points to check to resolve the issue of notifications being sent to the wrong email address:
- Make sure the recipient email field in your form's notification settings is correctly set to ester@getsat.com (and eliorm@getsat.com if you want notifications to go there as well).
- Check if there are multiple notification emails configured in your form that might be sending to different addresses.
- Verify that the test email feature is sending to the email address you specify in the test, as sometimes it may default to the account email (purchaserequest@getsat.com) instead of the recipient email.
- Review the Reply-to Email setting in your notification email setup, as this controls where replies are directed but does not affect the recipient of the notification.
- Check your account email address and ensure it is not automatically receiving notifications due to default settings.
If after checking these points the issue persists, you might want to review your email logs in your account settings to see where the emails are being sent and if there are any errors.
Give these steps a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi purchaserequest,
I checked and noticed that there are no submissions yet for the Temporary Import Request Form. When you click the Test Email button on the Notification Email, the sample email is sent to the form owner’s email address. Can you try filling out the form to test the actual email recipient?
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi purchaserequest,
I'm glad to hear that the emails are now being sent to the correct recipients and that you were able to resolve the issue. Regarding the Test Email button, it can indeed be a bit confusing.
The Test Email feature sends the notification to the form owner's email address by default, not to the recipient emails set in the notification. To test the actual recipient emails, submitting the form manually is the best way.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
