Hi I'm a new user and have setup my first form. We have paid a subscription that we thought would remove the need for the Jotform references in the URL when sending to our clients. Also when you view the tab at the top of the web page there is a small box that I cant recall the name of. At the moment it shows your Jotform logo. How do we change that to show our PBD company logo. Thank you in advance Chris Ellis - Chris@pbd.nz or auntyellis@gmail.com

    Hi Chris,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Using your domain in your form link, like the one below, is only available with Jotform Enterprise:

    https://forms.yourcompanydomain.com/formId

But, you can add a Custom URL to your form. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form on the right side of the page.
    2. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    3. Click on the Pencil icon under the Settings button
    4. Edit your form link, click on Apply, and that's it, you're done.

    https://form.jotform.com/yourusername/yourformname
