I'm trying to reprint a submission but I can't get the first column to format correctly. Is there any way to submit a form using the existing data table? Prefill doesn't appear to work.

Hi Rob,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding your issue with reprinting a submission and formatting the first column correctly, as well as submitting a form using existing data from a table, prefill may not work as expected in this case.
Let me help you with that:
- Export the submission data: You can export the submission data to Excel or CSV format from your Jotform Tables.
- Use PDF Editor: Customize the PDF layout of your submission to format the columns as you want. This allows you to control the appearance when printing.
- Reprint the submission: Once the PDF is customized, you can reprint the submission directly from the PDF view.
If you want to submit a form again using existing data, you might consider using the Edit Submission link sent in the notification email or available in Tables, which allows you to update and resubmit the form.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Rob,
If I understand correctly, you’re trying to print a submission again but are having issues with the first column format in the table. You can easily download your submissions from Jotform Tables as a PDF file. Let me show you how:
- On your My Tables page, hover over the form whose data you want to download, and click on View Table.
- On the upper-right side of the page, click the Download All button.
- Now, select Download as PDF to download your data.
You can also check out our How to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF guide for more information. If the table format is still incorrect, share a screenshot so we can review it. We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
Once we hear back from you, we’ll move forward with a solution.
