My form https://form.jotform.com/222274784895168
has an issue with the Capcha form that appears during the payment processing.
The form has a Capcha form that is impossible to answer. It shows 3 deer and a 3 puzzles. The directions states to choose what would be found in a forest. The deers are not the correct answer.

i changed the Captcha to hidden and now I get a failed transaction error. Is there a payment platform other than Square?

I cloned your form and submitted multiple test submissions, but unfortunately, the reCAPTCHA won't trigger. For us to check what's happening, can you try to fill out your form and share a screen recording? You can upload it to Google Drive, Dropbox, or record with Loom and send us the link.
If reCAPTCHA is difficult to answer, you can try other CAPTCHA types like hCAPTCHA or JotCaptcha. Let me show you how to switch it:
- Open your form in Form Builder, scroll down, and select the Captcha field.
- Click on the Gear icon on the right side of the field to open Captcha Properties.
- Under Captcha Properties, go to Captcha type to select hCAPTCHA or JotCaptcha.
