    Hi everyone,

I’ve recently created a WordPress website that provides detailed information about the prices and calories of the Waffle House menu, which is a popular American restaurant chain. The main goal of my website is to make it easier for visitors to quickly check both the cost and nutrition details of the different menu items.

What I want to do is add a form at the very start of my website where I can include all the menu items along with their prices and calorie counts. Ideally, the form should allow me to display this data in a clean, structured way, and also give me the option to update it easily whenever menu changes happen.

I’m a little unsure about which Jotform solution would work best for this. I’ve looked into a few templates, but most seem more focused on collecting user information rather than displaying a list of data. I want something that:

    • Can show menu items in a neat layout (name, price, calories).
    • Lets me update or edit values quickly without redoing everything.
    • Integrates smoothly with WordPress so I can place it on the homepage.
    • (Optional) If possible, allow visitors to search or filter menu items for faster navigation.

    So my questions are:

    1. Is it possible to use Jotform in this way more as a data display tool rather than just a user input form?
    2. If yes, which form template or widget would you recommend for showing prices and calorie details?
    3. Are there any customization options to make it look like a structured menu instead of just a plain form?

Any suggestions, examples, or links to similar use cases would be really helpful. I’d love to get this right since my site is focused heavily on menu details, and a well-presented form would make it look a lot more professional.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Joe,

As mentioned by Podo, our AI Agent, the Product List is the element that meets your requirements. You can also look into our templates here related to menus. This form element lets you modify the details, including the items' prices. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Product List, and select its Shopping Cart icon on the right.
    2. On the Product Settings panel, under the Products tab, hover your mouse over the item/product.
    3. Click on the Pencil icon to edit it.
    4. Once done modifying the product details, click on Save at the bottom.

Hi there, thanks so much for the detailed walkthrough that really helps clarify the process. I hadn’t explored the Product List field in that much depth, so knowing that I can enable the “Show Total Price on the Form” option directly from the settings is a big help. I think this will get me a lot closer to presenting the menu details in a structured way. My next step will be to experiment with the formatting to see how cleanly I can display the name, price, and calorie details side by side so it feels more like an actual menu rather than just a form. If I run into any trouble with styling or layout customization, I may circle back for more advice, but this gives me a solid starting point. Really appreciate your support!
