Hi! my survey is saying "unavailable" when i send the link to someone to fill it out. can you please tell me why? it shows that it's enabled i believe. In my acct the one I'm talking about is "wellness survey- tiffany"

Hi Tiffany,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I opened your wellness survey- tiffany form, it showed a message saying the form is missing. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:
Did you happen to delete the form in question and purge it? Keep in mind that once a form is deleted or permanently purged from the Trash folder, it cannot be recovered.
