Jotform Support Team,
I am facing a recurring issue with my Jotform account. While I am working inside the platform, my account gets logged out automatically without any action from my side. This disrupts my work and makes it difficult to continue tasks smoothly.
Could you check why this is happening and provide a solution to prevent frequent automatic logouts?

Thank you for your response. I have already ensured that:
- My browser allows cookies.
- Cache and cookies have been cleared.
- I tested with different browsers.
However, the issue still persists—my account keeps logging out automatically while I am working. Since all standard troubleshooting steps have been tried, I request you to please check this issue from your side, as it may be related to session settings or another technical factor.
Please let me know the next steps to resolve this problem.

- Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.

Aside from the session time out, keep in mind that our regular plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, Gold) are single-user accounts. This means your account is allowed to have one active log in session at a time. If you're logging in the account on multiple devices simultaneously, it will force log out the other session of the device, where the account is logged in.
It is a violation of our Terms of Use to share login credentials with other individuals. In order to ensure that your account stays secure, please reset your password today and do not share your login credentials with others. If you need an account that allows multiple users, we encourage you to look into upgrading to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts can accommodate everyone on your team, while giving you full control and visibility into each action taken by members of your team, for IT audit purposes.
