Auto signout

Hi, we've been having an issue recently where our computers are being signed out of jotform, and constantly require email codes to sign back in, seemingly logging out the other systems when another logs in. It is becoming very inconvenient and we need our systems to all be signed in simultaneously during the day.

Is there a setting somewhere, or can you add an 'approve this computer' feature to prevent this?
