Hi,
I carefully followed the directions on how to set the automated response and asked some friends to text it for me. For some, it was effective, but for most, it yielded no responses. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Will appreciate your help.

Hi Sigal,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Could you review first the step-by-step guide I provided below to make sure the AI Agent can respond properly to messages? You can easily enable your AI Agent to respond to messages sent to your Instagram Business account. Let me show you how:
1. In Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. In the menu on the left, click on Instagram Agent.
3. Next, click on Log in with Instagram.
4. In the Instagram Login page, enter your Instagram credentials and click on Log In.
5. In the Confirmation window that opens, click on Allow.
After doing these, make some test again, and check the results.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

That exactly what I did, and it works for some people through stories but not to the one who comment on my post.

I'm not sure what you asked me to record . The problem is inconsistent with sending the automate response to a comment. it works for some and didnt work for others.

Nevermind. I disabled it and found a different way to do it.
