Approvals: Workflow logic check

I created this form, but it's not going to me for approval. The first step is to go to me (or the alternate person) for approval, but it did not go to me. It went straight to the office manager.

I did have the office manager approval first at the time this form was filled out. Since then, I moved myself up as the first approver instead of second approver.

However, even so, I nor the other approver for the step that requires at least 1 of 2 approvers in the first step.

Can you check my form to see if this is set up correctly?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Just to make sure I’ve got this right, can you confirm that you want to have the approval sent to both emails initially, then the office manager? If so, your workflow looks good, but if the workflow was rearranged, you'll need to test again. If that’s not quite what you’re looking for, can you share a bit more info so I can help you better?
