I created 2 separate registration forms for two separate courses. Each course has its own individual link to the form. But when I go to my website to check the links they both go to the same form.

    Hi GarciaElaine,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

It sounds like both of your course registration form links are directing to the same form, which can happen if the links are not correctly assigned or copied.

Let me show you how to check and fix this:

    1. Go to My Forms in your Jotform account.
    2. Select each form individually and click on the Publish tab.
    3. Copy the unique URL for each form from the Quick Share section.
    4. Replace the links on your website with these unique URLs to ensure each course points to its correct registration form.

If you want to create a custom URL for your forms to make them easier to manage, you can do so using the Jotform Mobile App or by upgrading to Enterprise for domain customization.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I understand how it works. I have created several forms and each has its own individual link. The link (although unique) goes to the same form for 2 different courses I have listed on my website.

    Hi Elaine,

I checked your website to replicate the issue. All buttons have their own different forms, except for one button that isn’t working or doesn’t have a link attached. Check out the screenshot below:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.

    Aries,

Yes, I did as you suggested already. The reason why one registration form does not have a link is that the link was a duplicate of the basic course just above that button, so I deleted the link. At one point, all the links were going to their appropriate document. For some reason, now they are in duplicate, going to a link assigned to a different document. If you like, I can enable the link to that particular course again so you can see what I'm talking about. Thanks.

    Hi Elaine,

I checked your website and noticed that two of your Registration buttons are connected to the same form, while another Registration button doesn’t have a link. Check the screenshot below and the link associated with it:

    1. Registration button with a working form ID: 250835995203058
    2. Registration button with no redirect or blank form
    3. Registration button with the same form ID: 250835995203058

Can you share a quick screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can upload it to Google Drive, Dropbox, or record with Loom and send us the link.

Once we hear back from you, we can help you sort this out.
