I have three PDF files for the form user to open and download (for example, a team fills out the assessment fields, but they need input from the student and parents - they need to open/download the PDF forms to email or print for the student or parents). Is there a way to upload the PDF into the form, so they can click on the file to download or print? (https://www.jotform.com/build/250843966095064 - page 6 is where I want to attach the student info PDF and 2 parent input forms)

I know I can set up an online link and use the paragraph element to then link to that document, but I'd prefer to have it all in the form if possible.

    Hi Heather,

Thanks for using Jotform. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

You can upload your PDF files to your form so users can click to download or print them. While you mentioned using a paragraph element with an online link, if you want the PDFs directly accessible within the form, you can use the following approach:

    • Upload your PDF files to a file hosting service or your own server.
    • Use the Paragraph element in your form on page 6 where you want to attach the PDFs.
    • Add clickable links to the PDFs in the Paragraph element so users can open or download them directly.

This method keeps the PDFs accessible within the form without needing users to leave it. Unfortunately, Jotform does not currently support uploading PDFs directly into the form for download without linking.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
