I pay for jotform. I embedded a form on my website, and it was functioning until I updated the app. Now the form is not appearing and is asking me to pick a payment plan. How do I connect my currently purchased account?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I opened your site, and I can't see the form either. Mind grabbing a screenshot of what you’re seeing and sending it over? Our guide on How to Post Screenshots to Our Help Center shows you how. Can you also try to re-embed your form to your site? Embedding your form on a webpage is really easy. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
- Now, select the embed option you want to use, and click on Copy Code. (I used the iFrame method only to show in this case.)
- Paste your code into your webpage's embed area, and that’s it.
Once we hear back from you, we can get moving on a solution.
