Hi, I usually insert an image linked to a Whatsapp url to confirm orders in the confirmation page but for some reason the link is not saved. I show a video as an evidence. Please give me a hand.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. It is important to note that due to recent security updates, custom scripts injected into the Thank You page are often blocked and may not work as expected. This could be why your linked image to the WhatsApp URL is not saving properly.
As an alternative, you can redirect your users to an external page using the URL. It's easy to add a link to an external page/website on the Thank you page. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Thank You Page.
- Now, enter the text to be hyperlinked, select it, and click on the Insert Link icon in the toolbar.
- Enter a URL to redirect people to another website when they click on the text, then click on OK to save. That’s it.
