    Hi DMDDentalGroup,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

Regarding your issue with the form submissions not auto-populating in your Google Sheet after 07/25, this can happen due to a few common reasons related to the Google Sheets integration with Jotform:

    • Renaming column headings in your Google Sheet may break the integration.
    • Adding filters in Google Sheets can stop the spreadsheet from updating automatically.
    • The integration might have been disabled or disconnected after 07/25.

To resolve this and retrieve submissions after 07/25, you can check the integration settings in your form by going to Settings > Integrations > Google Sheets in the Form Builder. Make sure the integration is active and properly connected to the correct Google account and spreadsheet.

If needed, you can re-establish the integration or use the option to send existing submissions to the sheet again to capture any missing data.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi DMDDentalGroup,

I’ve manually pushed the missing submissions to your integrated spreadsheet, so you should now be able to see them listed in your Google Sheets. Please take a moment to review and confirm that everything is appearing correctly.

As a reminder, making edits directly within the integrated Google Sheet can disrupt the connection with Jotform. When this happens, it may lead to issues such as missing or unsynced submissions. To prevent this, we recommend managing your form data only through Jotform, ensuring that updates flow seamlessly to your spreadsheet without interruption.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
