Hi Jennifer,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked and can confirm that authentication emails has been successfully sent to your email address. Can you check your Spam or Junk folder? Also, once you deleted your account, you can no longer access your forms and its submissions. To avoid permanently losing submission data, it’s recommended to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF.
We can also help you delete your account if you confirm that you would like to proceed with the account deletion.
