Hello,
I’ve built a form with JotForm, and while it runs smoothly on the web version, it doesn’t work properly on mobile devices.
My website is mytuneai.com, and I would greatly appreciate it if you could check the order form on a mobile device. Could you kindly help me fix this issue?
Best Regards,
Chris -

Hi Chris,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your website but did not find any form visible in Desktop mode, take a look at the screenshot below:
Same is happening in mobile view. How did you embed the form in your website? Can you try embedding the form using iFrame code? Embedding your form on a webpage is really easy. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
- Now, select the embed option you want to use, and click on Copy Code. (I used the iFrame method only to show in this case.)
- Paste your code into your webpage's embed area, and that’s it.

It looks like the issue may be related to mobile responsiveness. Try enabling the “Make this form responsive” option in the Form Designer under advanced settings. Also check if any custom CSS or embed method on your site is affecting how the form loads on smaller screens. If you’re using an iFrame embed, updating to the latest code from JotForm usually resolves these display issues.
