hello,
I've a Jotfom form called 2025 10 28-30 - Private Vineyard Experience in Burgundy - Confirmation Payment and when a payment is executed, there is an abort with below error message.
Please can you help to troubleshoot the issue ? Thank you

Hi FICOFI,
Is this happening to all your users? The error message in your screenshot means that the bank or the card issuer of the user has placed a restriction on the card. You can advise the user to contact their bank or the card issuer to check and remove the restriction. You can also advise him to try using a different card.
