I am the primary contact for Jotform for my company. However I no longer work at that company and they have deleted my email address. I need to update Jotform with a new contact person and they need to set a new password - but trying to do this is impossible as Jotform is sending the password request to my now defunct email address.
How can I do this please.

I understand the situation with your account and the email issue. Unfortunately, transferring the account to another user or merging accounts isn't possible, but you can change the email address associated with your Jotform account to update the contact person and set a new password. This way, the ownership and submission data will belong to the new email address, and the old email will no longer have access. If you want, you can also transfer forms to another account along with their submission data. For detailed guidance, you might find the information under the "Recover Your Jotform Account" section helpful.
