Square Loading Issues

    I have selected my square account as the payment method on my form but it isn't loading the business location or the currency. I have waited a day & it still isn't loading. When I ask Podo, it says to select the business location which I'm unable to do and reconnect the gateway which i have done (but has made no difference).

    Hi Charlotte,

    I couldn't replicate the issue when I cloned your form. As you can see in the screenshot of my form below, the Currency and Business Location are both showing:

    I cleared your form caches. Can you try disconnecting and reconnecting your Square account again? If the issue persists, I recommend you also try to use another browser, use a different device, or, if possible, connect your device to another network and see if Currency and Business Location loads.
