Hi Annys,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can easily pass the value of multiple fields into another field. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click on Conditions in the menu on the left side of the page.
3. Click Add Condition.
4. Select Update/Calculate Field condition.
5. Create the same condition below, and you're done.
It’s up to you which fields you'd like to pass the multiple field values into the Summary section of the condition. Here's the result:
Check out our guide on How to Insert Text or Calculation Into a Field Conditionally to learn more.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Thank you for your reply!
The name–job combine feature is working for me, but I can’t see an alphanumeric option in the combine settings. Our job numbers always start with a letter and end with a number.
For example, if the customer’s first name is Priyam, last name is Savani, and the job number is C12345, the current output shows as Priyam Savani 12345. However, I need it to show as Priyam Savani C12345.
Is there any way we could make the alphanumeric option for job no.? -

Hi Annys,
You can set the Job Number field in your condition to a string value similar to what is shown below:
You can simply click on it to change it from 0-9 to A-Z. Now, here's the result:Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
