Hey Jotform,
As a school, one of the forms we have created and use your service for is our new student application process. It has been wonderful, however we noticed a glitch that we would like to inquire on getting fixed. When a parent submits our application form (this one here: https://form.jotform.com/251057922359865), and it goes through the approval process/workflow, we noticed that part of the parent information is missing. For example, the mother's or father's details are missing even though they put them in on the form. If we log into Jotform and see the completed form, everything is there, but the email sent in the workflow appears to always leave one of them out, thus forcing our workflow to have to log into Jotform versus just using the emailed approval pdf for input into our system.
Is it possible for you to fix it?

Hi Daniel,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support about the issue with missing parent information in the approval email notifications for your student application form. We understand that the form submissions contain all the parent details when viewed in Jotform, but the approval workflow emails are missing some of this information, which is causing inconvenience.
I tested it and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. We’ll follow up as soon as we have any news.

Hi Daniel,
If I understand you correctly, the parent information is visible in the Inbox/Tables but doesn't appear in the Approval email. Notification emails of the Approval element are generated based on the fields you’ve selected in the Workflow Builder. If a field isn’t added to the email content or the PDF template, it won’t show up even though it’s part of the submission. When I've cloned your flow and checked it, I've noticed that Mother's Email field is missing in each notification email of the Approval element. Take a look at the screenshot below:
Check out our guide on How to Set up a Send Email Element in Jotform Workflows to learn more. Can you go ahead and try it again after adding the relevant fields and let us know how it goes? If you’re still having the same issue, we’ll look into it more to see if we can figure out what’s going on.
